With over 23 years of experience in the aging service delivery system, I possess a strong acumen in community Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs. I leverage this knowledge to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of diverse communities and enhance the client experience. I am dedicated to improving the quality of life for older persons, persons living with a disability and the caregivers that care for them.

I most recently served as the Vice President of Partnerships at TCARE, Inc., where I oversaw the development and implementation of strategic partnerships to streamline and enhance their support of caregivers with the utilization of TCARE's evidence-based caregiver burnout solution. Prior to that, I served for 15 years as the Chief Executive Officer of Elder Options, located in Gainesville, Florida. In my 22-year career with Elder Options, I oversaw the growth of the agency from 30 employees with a budget of 14.3 million dollars to 74 employees with a budget of 27.2 million dollars. Prior to being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, I served as the Information Systems Analyst, Director of Planning and Outcomes Analysis, and then as Elder Options Associate Executive Director.
